For your information, Kingstowne is an unincorporated community within Fairfax County, VA near Springfield, VA, less than 2 miles from the "Mixing Bowl" (where I-95, I-395, and I-495 converge Southwest of Washington, DC). Right now, Kingstowne is still in the development stage. However, in terms of population, Kingstowne is a good sized town (over 12,000 which is larger than many independent towns such as Falls Church, VA). Kingstowne is part of Fairfax County, VA, which is one of the quickly developing counties in the United States.
